The argument in brief

Marketing never agreed what it was for, so it counted what it could see. But being seen was only ever a stand-in for being selected.

A buyer passes through seven stages on the way to a pick: Known, Found, Answered, Believed, Preferred, Bought and Kept. Being seen covers only the first two. AI is the problem, and much of the answer: the machine flooding the market is also the first adviser a marketer can question directly. So selectability can now be estimated, stage by stage.

The why, the how, and the where.

The book makes the argument. The playbooks hold every template. Your score shows where you stand. All free.
