Privacy, in plain words.

What we collect, why we use it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do.

Last updated 9 October 2026

The short version. We collect what you give us and what’s already public about your brand. We use it to score your brand, run the work you ask for, and reply to you. We don’t sell it. You can ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it.

What we collect

  • When you get a score: your website address and the email address your report goes to.
  • When you request Beta access or contact us: your name, role, work email, company, and what you tell us.
  • About your brand: public pages about it, plus anything you upload, enter or connect.
  • When you use this site: basic information about how it’s used, such as the pages visited.

Why we use it

To run your score and send your report. To reply when you write to us. To run the product, if you sign up. To improve the method, in ways that don’t identify you.

Who else sees it

AI model providers receive content so that RocMode can ask your buyers’ questions and write from your facts. The services that host this site and send our emails handle it on our behalf. Ask, and we’ll give you the list and their terms in writing.

How long we keep it

For as long as you use RocMode, or until you ask us to delete it. If you only got a free score, we keep your report so you can compare it with your next one, unless you ask us not to.

What you can ask

  • A copy of what we hold about you or your brand.
  • A correction, if something is wrong.
  • Deletion: ask, and it’s gone.
  • No more emails: every email we send lets you stop them.
