In one sentence. RocMode is the Brand OS for market selectability: it measures a brand’s odds of being picked by buyers and the AI assistants that advise them, then does the work to raise them.

What RocMode is

RocMode is the Brand OS for market selectability. It reads a brand, works out what it should be chosen for, asks AI assistants whether it is, then does the work, and asks again every quarter.

The name is one word with a capital R and a capital M. It is based in Australia, and was founded by Cos Luccitti and Ben Stokes.

What it is not

  • Not an AI visibility monitor: mentions are one of seven stages it measures.
  • Not a brand guidelines library or an AI copywriter.
  • Not a CRM: it works with yours. HubSpot deals sync read-only; contacts and organisations are native records.

Who it is for

  • Marketing leaders at companies of 50 to 500 people (the main buyer).
  • Sales leaders at the same companies.
  • Agencies and consultants, across client brands.
  • Founders and owners of smaller businesses, through the free score and the Solo plan.

Definitions

Selectability: the odds that a buyer, at a given moment, picks you over the alternatives, doing nothing included.

The seven stages: Known, Found, Answered, Believed, Preferred, Bought, Kept. Being seen covers two of them.

The Selectability Score: 0 to 100, with a range and a verdict: Rarely (0–24), Sometimes (25–49), Often (50–74), Usually selected (75+). The main buyer’s questions are asked of five AI assistants, three times each, without the brand’s name in them.

The ten products

  • Selectability. The Selectability Score: your odds of being picked, moment by moment, with a range and the three gaps to fix first.
  • Brand. The BrandGraph: every fact about the brand, sorted and sourced, and the strategy written from it.
  • BrandGuard. Checks every claim, figure and line of voice against the BrandGraph before anything ships.
  • Website Engine. Rebuilds a site page by page from the BrandGraph, then publishes it with a receipt.
  • Email Studio. Broadcasts and sequences written from the same record, checked before they send.
  • Pitch Engine. A credentials deck for each buyer, every claim with its proof, shared and tracked.
  • Document Studio. Proposals, credentials and PDFs with fields bound to the BrandGraph, checked before export.
  • RFP Engine. Writes the RFP a brand sends to agencies, from its own context, competitors and objectives.
  • Campaigns. A twelve-month campaign plan, then briefs, a delivery board, live tracking and results against signed targets.
  • Journeys and Sequences. Marketing and sales follow-up on one canvas, with rules and a receipt for every send.

What we don’t claim

  • No named customers, logos, testimonials or case studies yet.
  • No security certification.
  • No customer result statistics.
  • The only numbers we publish are our own: RocMode’s Selectability Score was 0 out of 100 at baseline on 29 August 2026, published monthly on Customer Zero.
