Problems we solve · Deals die in no decision

Deals don’t die to rivals. They die in no decision.

The buyer liked you, the meetings went well, and then nothing. Your biggest competitor is a buyer who isn’t sure enough to choose anyone.

Questions, answered.

Is no decision really that common?

In Dixon and McKenna’s analysis of about 2.5 million recorded sales calls, 40% to 60% of qualified deals ended with no decision. It’s one proprietary dataset, and the book lists that as a gap.

Isn’t this a sales problem?

It shows up in sales, but it starts earlier. A buyer who doesn’t believe your claims or can’t see your price was unsure before the first call.

Can RocMode tell us why our deals stalled?

Not yet. Win and loss patterns need closed deals in your CRM. Today it shows where buyers drop you, and makes every claim in a deck provable.

What does it cost?

The score is free for any brand. Plans run from A$199 a month (Solo) to Command, from A$5,000 a month, in Australian dollars excluding GST. You start paying when you ask RocMode to make the work live.
